By using our online reservation process, you can directly make a capsule room reservation. A room will be automatically reserved for you and then you will have the option of changing your reservation details, or canceling a reservation, once your registration has been confirmed.

Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation, we accept cancellations without Cancellation Fees.
Please understand you can only cancel your reservation on-line. If you really cannot get access to the internet, then you can telephone us at 011-251-5571.
If you do not make a request for a cancellation of your room, you will be charged a Cancellation Fee.
